Your satisfaction means the world to me. Over the Moon offers high quality products at an affordable price. But accidents happen and in that case I will do my best to make it up to you!
If you are not entirely satisfied when receiving your item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will accept a return or exchange if the item is sent back in its original condition and within 30 days of delivery. Please note that each piece of jewelry is handmade and therefore unique and beautiful in its own way. Slight variations due to the nature of crystals and gemstones might happen in your finished product.
If your item happens to break within 30 days of delivery, I will gladly repair it. This 30 days warranty does not apply if your item broke because it was tugged on by a child or a pet, or if the jewelry care instructions were not respected. Over The Moon's jewelry is beautiful by being dainty and delicate. It is not indestructible. Please treat your jewelry with care and respect.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
