Shipping policy

As Over the Moon's jewelry is handmade to order, please expect 3 to 5 business days for your jewelry to be made and shipped.

All orders are mailed through Canada Post using standard shipping (usually 3 business days). If for any reason you would like a faster delivery of your order, please contact me at layla@overthemoonjewelry.ca before placing your order. I will create a new shipping profile for you (expect additional charges).

Standard shipping does not include insurance if your item gets lost of damaged during the delivery process. Over the Moon is not responsible if your item gets lost of damaged during the delivery process.
